The G. D. Sanford Foundation wants to honor those companies and individuals who have adopted the philosophy and programs to deliver safe, affordable housing in their local communities. This means that not only does your company sell homes to those with good credit on new loans from traditional lenders but you also work with homebuyers who have less than perfect credit and you give them a program that allows them to get into a home now until they can build their credit and get a new loan if they choose.
In order to be considered for the Community Affordable Housing Provider award please supply the following:
Either Lease/Option or Agreement For Deed paperwork (copies) clearly showing the names of the individuals placed into the program, the date placed and showing the name of the company to be honored.
One deal submitted earns you the Community Affordable Housing Provider Bronze award.
Five placements submitted earns the Silver award.
Fifteen earns the Gold award.
Twenty-five earns the Platinum award.
All items MUST be mailed. We will NOT consider fax or email requests.
1) You must provide a cover letter requesting the award.
2) State the name of the company or individual you wish to be honored on the award and any corresponding press releases.
3) Provide clear and complete copies of all paperwork proving the completion of the deal (copy of actual executed contract).
